Ayah Marar will be supporting Netsky LIVE! at Electric, Brixton on Friday 28th September. A tour de force in the world of bass music, Ms Marar is known not only for her incredible vocal skills but also her iconic “bunhead” style and powerful stage presence.
In the past she has collaborated with Calvin Harris, Toddla T and Camo & Krooked, to name but a few, as well as releasing music on her own imprint, Hussle Girl. Hospitality fans will no doubt recognise her from many of her appearances at our shows up and down the country as part of the Camo & Krooked Live project. We love Ayah Marar and are very pleased that she will be supporting Netsky LIVE! at Electric, Brixton.
In order to prepare you, we take 5 minutes with Ayah Marar as we look forward to her appearance at the Netsky LIVE! show.

A. I’m a singer/songwriter, label owner, musician, performer and food lover.
Q. What can we expect from your performance on 28th Sept?
A. Beats, bass, and bunheads.
Q. Where do you get your amazing stage outfits from?
A. We have links with some amazing designers, Marion at Bitching & Junkfood is wonderful, Carley Hague, Preen, Helen Steele. I love wearing UK designers. And I couldn’t do it without my super stylist, Suzie Street, she’s incredible and we share a vision that she’s able to put into effect and take to the next level.
Q. What are your favourite things about Netsky?
A. Aside from that fact that he’s a wonderful human being, he’s super talented, humble and I feel we gave a very similar approach to music, how we want to be heard and why we’re doing this.
Q. Why are you looking forward to supporting the Netsky LIVE show?
A. Hospitality fans have always been so good to us, it’s going to be exciting to see how the Netsky fans react, and to be honest, I always get a little twinge of pride playing anywhere in Brixton, being on stage feels like being at home to me, and this way I’m still near home too! We can’t wait.
